Love this! This photo collage from The Kitchn shows what one daily serving of fruits and vegetables looks like. 


I’d always resigned myself to the fact that I’d never reach my daily veggie quota, but this handy diagram gives me hope. For me, one giant fresh salad and a medley of fruits for dessert is the way to go. I also want to be better about snacking on vegetables– carrots and hummus (especially Sabra’s olive tapenade hummus…yuuuum), celery with almond butter and honey, snap peas…
